Terms of Service

The services presented on this website are provided by FRINCU HOSPITALITY CONSULTING SRL, acting through chef Alexandru Frîncu, in Bucharest and throughout Romania, with travel for selected events.

An enquiry sent through this website is a request for information, not a reservation. No booking exists until a written proposal has been accepted by you and confirmed in writing by the company.

Prices and menus shown on the website are indicative starting points. Every event is quoted individually according to the menu, the number of guests, the location and the style of service.

A booking is confirmed once the written proposal is accepted and the agreed deposit has been received. The balance is due as stated in the proposal.

Deposit amounts and payment terms are confirmed in writing with each proposal. Card details are never requested through this website.

Dates, guest numbers and menus may be changed subject to availability. Cancellation terms, including any amount that is not refundable, are set out in each written proposal before the booking is confirmed.

You must tell me about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before the menu is confirmed, and again before the event.

Dishes are prepared in a working kitchen where allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, fish and shellfish are present. Dishes can be adapted, but the environment cannot be guaranteed free of allergens.

Private dining requires reasonable access to a kitchen, water, power and a working area, as well as a suitable space for service. Any requirements specific to your venue are agreed before the event.

Where the service takes place in a venue managed by a third party, approval from that venue is the responsibility of the client.

The company is responsible for providing the agreed service with professional care. It is not responsible for circumstances outside its control, such as power failure, access restrictions imposed by a venue or client, or events that could not reasonably be foreseen.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
