How a partnership starts
Brief
You send the event, the venue, the dates and the guest profile.
Proposal
You receive a menu proposal with costing, staffing and logistics confirmed in writing.
Confirmation
Capacity, kitchen requirements and timings are agreed before any booking is fixed.
Execution
I lead the kitchen on the day and hold the standard from first prep to last plate.
Operational capacity, staffing, kitchen requirements and event logistics are confirmed individually for each project before any booking is agreed.
